GOD CREATED EVERY ANIMAL TO BE WHAT IT IS

Can you name all these animals?

THE CREATION OF ANIMALS

THE CREATION OF ANIMALS
God created millions of animals in all regions of the world, in deserts and forests, in jungles and plains, in ice lands and wet lands. There is no place on earth where God did not create animals. From the very beginning of earth's time they populated the earth, wild animals and tame, big and small, invisible and visible. What an incredible variety of animals he made!

GOD MADE THEM LIKE EACH OTHER
God made them to be like each other, tigers to be like tigers, elephants to be like elephants, a cat to be like a cat, a polar bear to be like a polar bear, a penguin to be like a penguin. He made them to be what they are, not to become some other animal.

FAMILIES
He made them to be families, males and females who had offspring. For example he made them to become a flock of geese, a herd of cattle, a pride of lions and a brood of chickens with their offspring. Can you give names to their offspring? Here is one to start with: ducks have ducklings.

GOD'S DESIGN
God made animals of every kind. He made an elephant to be an elephant because that is what it is. That is what God made it to be. He never made anything to be something else. God is never confused. He never made a moon to be a sun. Similarly when he made animals he made them to be identical, having the same looks and features as their parents, a duckling to be like a duck, a chic to be like a hen. He made nothing to be something else.

HE MADE THEM EVERLASTING
And God made them to live for ever. Try to remember that in the beginning God made everything to live for ever. God did not make an evil bad world. He did not make animals to eat each other. For good, he gave every animal green plants to eat. (Genesis 1:30)

MANKIND
The animal kingdom was ruled over by man. When God made mankind he made them to rule over all the earth and all the contained. He did not appoint any animal to be a ruler of the others. In the next lesson we shall see why man was made to rule over everything on earth except God.
